Pantheon K9
Pantheon K9 focuses on building confident, capable, and reliable dogs ready for real life. Through balanced training, clear communication, and practical skills, we help create dogs you can confidently include wherever life takes you—from everyday outings and family adventures to working, sports, and everything in between.
We welcome dogs of all breeds, sizes, personalities, and walks of life, tailoring training to the individual dog and the goals of the people who love them.
Because the goal isn't simply a dog who listens during a training session—it's a dog who has the skills and confidence to experience more freedom, more adventure, and more life with you.
Ry Shirley
Ry is the owner and trainer behind Pantheon K9, where her passion lies in helping dogs become confident, capable, and reliable partners for real life.
Having grown up surrounded by dogs and animals, working with them has always been a natural part of Ry's life. Her own dogs—from rescues and family companions to working-line dogs, service dogs, and sport prospects—have played a huge role in shaping the trainer she is today. Working with such a wide variety of personalities, drives, strengths, and challenges taught her early on that successful training can never be one-size-fits-all.
That experience became the foundation of her training philosophy: train the dog in front of you.
Ry takes a balanced, individualized approach to training that combines clear communication, fair and consistent expectations, confidence building, enrichment, and a strong relationship between dog and handler. Just as importantly, she works with the owner's lifestyle and goals to create training that is practical and sustainable long after the lesson ends.
She enjoys working with dogs of all breeds, sizes, backgrounds, and personalities—from puppies learning their first life skills and family dogs needing better manners to nervous or reactive dogs, working dogs, and sport prospects.
For Ry, the goal isn't simply obedience. It's giving dogs and their people the skills and confidence to do more together—whether that's enjoying a quiet trip into town, exploring a new trail, traveling, working, competing in sports, or simply having more freedom in everyday life.
At Pantheon K9, training is about real dogs, real life, and results that open the door to more adventures together.
Whether you're starting with a puppy, refreshing an older dog's skills, or looking for more reliability and freedom, we'll build practical obedience that works beyond the training field.
